To convert Intellex video files to AVI or MP4, you can use a video converter software such as Handbrake, Prism Video Converter, or Freemake Video Converter. These programs allow you to import the Intellex video files and convert them into the desired formats (AVI or MP4).
There isn't a dedicated IMG to MP4 video converter. The IMG is actually the format used by virtual discs. Therefore, to convert the files to MP4, you would have to mount the IMG file using Daemon Tools or a similar application and then extract the AVI files in that image.
Afterwards, use Handbrake to convert the AVI files to MP4 without any loss in quality. Handbrake offers a lot of options to customize the output of your file.
Is there any way to run this program as a regular user? When we try we receive:
ntlxplayer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
It works fine when it runs with a domain admin account.

Unfortunately, there is no way to run the application if you don't have necessary rights. However, right click the application and select Run As then select the Administrator account and ask for the admin's permission. Next time it's launched the application will run normally.

Yes, Intellex Player 4.31 is compatible with Windows 10.
